- Soliciation for Auto Clave (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-11-T-0084, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 (Effective 5 Jul 2011). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334516 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. (v-vi) Consolidated Sterilizer Model SR-24C-ADVPB, 24" x36" x36" is requested in this solicitation. Refer to attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0084 schedule for CLIN item details. (vii) The contractor shall deliver items no later than 30 days after contract date. FOB: Destination for delivery to Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (viii-xiii) In lieu of listing all applicable provisions and clauses on the face of this combined synopsis/solicitation, the provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-11-T-0084 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. (xiv) Not Applicable (xv) Quotes are required to be received at the 19th Contracting Squadron NO LATER THAN 1:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, 17 August 2011.
