This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA-248-11-RQ-1108 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective September 16, 2010 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 423450. Size Standard: 500 Employees. This procurement is restricted. (RFQ) Must be quoted ALL or None. *See Items List Below: 1.EIL 204GV Curvilinear Array (CLA) Ultrasound Bronchofiber video scope compatible with the EU-C60 ultrasound processor. Specifications Include: 6.3mm insertion tube outer diameter, 2.2mm working channel, 60cm working length, angulation range 120 degrees up 90 degrees down 80 degrees field of view and 35 degrees forward oblique direction of view. Ultrasound functions must include 7.5 MHZ, B-mode, color power Doppler mode, 50 degree scanning range. Must include a detachable cable, MAJ-1722 for connection to the EU-C60.
