- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea sole source award to IEEE Industry Standards and Technology by the authorityof 10 U.S.C.2304(C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement isfor the renewal of a subscription for IEEE Electronic Library for one year.Thisaction will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13. The NAICS Code for thisrequirement is 541990. This synopsis is published for informational purposesonly and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning thisrequirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. Adetermination by the Government not to compete this proposed action basedon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
