- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5 has a requirement for the demolition, removal and disposal of all telephone poles, piers/boardwalks, and structures located at Little Beach Island, E.B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge in Oceanville, NJ. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the work in accordance with the scope of work, specifications, and drawings. Solicitation number F11PS01425 will be posted on or about August 19, 2011 and may be viewed through a link to the National Business Center Interior electronic acquisition system-Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation response date will be approximately 30 days from the posting date. The magnitude of work is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code corresponding to this work is 238910, with a small business standard of $14 million dollars annually. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to this contract. This procurement is set-aside for small business. All responsible, qualified sources may submit a proposal for consideration. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov in order to receive a contract award.
