- Description
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for the following: Annual membership in the Corporate Leadership Council (CLC) and associated Corporate Executive Board research and Learning and Development Roundtable services. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to the Corporate Executive Board Company, 1919 North Lynn Street, Arlington Virginia, 22209-1705. This contract will address the requirements of the TSA Office of Human Capitol, including executive membership services that consist of best practices research and executive education to all TSA employees, with Office of Human Capitol executive leaders and staff as primary users. The Corporate Executive Board research addresses issues related to corporate strategy, operations, and general management and focuses on identifying management initiatives, processes, tools, and framework that will allow the Office of Human Capitol to avoid a duplication of work efforts commonly shared among other agencies, the non-profit sector, and private-sector entities. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received seven days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will notify parties of the outcome of any proposal submitted in response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
