Industry is encouraged to provide comments/feedback based on the attached documentation provided for review. This DRAFT RFP does not constitute a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the US Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this notice or the Government 冱 use of such information.
