Description

The National Park Service, Dry Tortugas National Park intends to issue a solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract using full and open competition among small businesses for the DRTO Generator Project at Dry Tortugas National Park, FL. The offer shall provide labor and materials to install a noise attenuated generator along with delivery on location to the park. The statement of work and specifications will be issued with the solicitation. NAICS Code: 335313, Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The National Park Service is presently using Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue Request for Quotes (RFQ) and award Purchase Orders. You must register in EC at website http://ccr.gov. If you have any registration issues please call 1(866) 705-5711. Solicitations may be viewed online at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All prospective offeror's with access to the internet and an email address may receive electronic notification of solicitation and awards. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments. The Government is under no obligation to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is incumbent upon any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposal/quotes or amendment may render the Offeror non-responsive and result in the rejection of the offer. No telephone offers accepted. All questions pertaining to the solicitation should be emailed to William_w_leady@nps.gov. All solicitations must be received in this office not later than the date specified in the solicitation or any amendments. The solicitation release date will be on or about August 12, 2011.
