Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-10-G-0006 to Raytheon Technical Services Company (RTSC) to provide AWW-13 Advanced Data Link Retrofit Support. The efforts to be provided include procurement of all necessary hardware and services; resolution of production and retrofit issues identified at Contractor, government and supplier facilities; upgrade of support equipment; and support of retrofit and field acceptance test of AN/AWW-13 Pods. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). Unless otherwise stated herein, no additional written information is available. Request for the same will be disregarded. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. GENERAL INFORMATION: RTSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the AWW-13 Advanced Data Link System. RTSC alone has the experience, special skills; proprietary technical documentation, software/algorithms required to furnish the services within the required timeframe. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the effort mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
