Description

The Contract Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Innovyze, Inc. cage code (1N5X8) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Facilities Systems Services Office, MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for Infowater Suite 7.0 floating (5,000 Links) 1 each; Platinum Maintenance Subscription Program to include support, updates, and upgrades 1 each; InfoSewer Suite Pro 7.0 Floating (5,000 links) Licenses that ArcGIS 9.2 or higher is required 1 each; Platinum Maintenance Subscription Program to include, support, updates, and upgrades 1 each; Implementation Services, 1 each. Market research has revealed this contractor is the only source capable of providing the required items. The Facilities Systems Advisory Council (FSAC) approved this software as the Marine Corps standard water, storms and wastewater modeling software applications. Therefore, the government intends to procure these supplies on a sole source basis from Innovyze, Inc. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all quotes received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and unique capabilities to respond to this requirement or submit their quote. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
