SAIC-Frederick is seeking a pool of qualified candidates to award an Agreement in support of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Biomedical Informatics and Information Technology to design a database structure and infrastructure that will serve as an operation clinical trials repository to enable the review of comparative effectiveness research clinical data. The primary goal of the Agreement is to cover the hosting, network support and server sizing needs and to ensure that the development of the CTR system is actively managed and supported throughout development and QA ensuring the final system (using iterative agile development and QA) can be deployed to a stage (beta-testing and production ready environment) tier for beta testing. The environment must be accessible to all permitted contractors outside of the hosting company's firewalls and must be capable of supporting a peak program with a concurrent usage size of 30 users.
