- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #R11PS6A031 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). All quotes to reference this RFQ number and shall be submitted by 4:00 PM, MST, on August 25, 2011. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. This solicitation is Total Small Business.
