Description

The 409th Contracting Support Brigade intends to award a 'Requirements' type contract for Armed and Unarmed Guard Services at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. The contract shall be for a period of one base year with two one-year options. Guard services shall include at a minimum; gate/access control guards, roving patrols, observation posts, operational support personnel, supervisors, Electronic Security System (ESS) Operators, and Local National Unarmed Guards. The Government will provide logistical support in the form of Billeting, Army Post Office (APO) privileges (company level)and Dining Facility (DFAC) Support, Laundry facilities, Post Exchange (PX), Moral Welfare recreation (MWR) facilities and a weapons qualification range (as available). The solicitation for this requirement is expected to be released on or about 30 September 2011 with offers due in or about 31 October 2011.
