Description
End Item Application: 02N, - STRATEGIC WEAPON SYSTEMS (POSEIDON AND TRIDENT), NSN: 6645-01-106-4302. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Stopwatch. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. The approved sources are: Marathon Watch Company LTD, CAGE: 387766, P/N: ST083000 and Franklin Instrument Company, Inc. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base Year EAD: 20,640 each, Option Year EAD: 20,640 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 30 days ARO. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 30, 2011. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror's product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
