U - Education and Training NAICS Code - 611710 Educational Support Services The Denver Acquisition and Logistics Center intends to solicit for the acquisition of services to administer, maintain, and improve the Applied Learning Center Program. The objective of this effort is to address competency gaps within the VA Acquisition Workforce by: 1.Improve the design, development, technology platform, and administration of assessments in accordance with lessons learned from field tests and production assessments previously delivered. 2.Maintain the subject matter content developed under contract VA-798a-P-0117 in accordance with evolving specifications for psychometrically valid and reliable assessments. 3.In coordination with the VA Acquisition Academy, identify and map learning intervention content for all three components of the acquisition workforce, including maintaining and updating the learning content data as new interventions are developed by various training institutions. 4.Administer assessments to the contracting, contracting officer technical representative, and program/project management members of the acquisition workforce. 5.Produce reports of results of the administered assessments. 6.Analyze results of the assessments and present recommendations for improving assessments, training programs, and acquisition career management initiatives for the VA acquisition workforce.
