- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This is not a solicitation. Specialty Center Acquisitions, NAVFAC, Port Hueneme, CA intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Bentley Systems, Incorporated, 685 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA 19341. Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic Office, Norfolk, VA has established a requirement for four (4) SewerGEMS V8i software licenses and four (4) SewerGEMS Select Subscriptions. This software is proprietary to Bentley Systems, Incorporated and the government has determined that Bentley Systems, Incorporated is the only manufacturer that can satisfy this agency requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted.
