- Description
- Amendment 001 which revises Line Item 0001 of Schedule B of the solicitation. RFQ DE-RQ65-11WJ92571 with amendment changes. Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement to supply and install a replacement telescoping/articulated type insulated manufacturer's JIB boom on a Government Furnished Bronto Bucket Truck. Mfg Year 2004, Model SI-105 HDT, Serial #4986-002 mounted on a 2005 Freightliner MS Chassis S/N 1FVHC5DE15HU28895. Assembly to include rewiring the engine compartment. Dielectric testing required for voltages up to 345kV. Contractor shall provide a complete breakdown of parts and labor with quotation and travel expenses for contractor to transport vehicle to nearest authorized facility for dielectric testing. Delivery shall be approximately 120 days after notification of award. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Request for Quotes will be issued electronically on or about August 11, 2011. Quotes may be faxed to 970-240-6314, mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 1800S Rio Grande Avenue, Montrose, CO 81401, e-mailed to eray@wapa.gov, or submitted electronically. Prospective contractors must complete the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with its required registration in CCR, and must update its reps and certs annually in ORCA. Prospective contractors must ensure their CCR registration includes the NAICS Code 333120 and that the Contractor meets the size standard requirement of 750 Employees in order to submit a quote in response to this solicitation. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM Mountain Daylight Savings Time on Thursday, August 25, 2011.
