- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract The Washington Headquarter Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of WHS Human Resource Directorate Learning and Development Division, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Plateau Systems, LTD, 4401 Wilson Boulevard Suite 400, Arlington, VA 22203-2120 to provide Learning Management System Software (LMS) application licenses. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a one year period of performance. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Contract Specialist, Ms. Annette Gray, who may be reached at annette.gray@whs.mil Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Friday, 02 September 2011 at 10:00 AM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
