The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 6 each up to 60 each maximum of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY, NSN: 5998-01-440-8041, Part Number: 11477626 applicable to the M-AX SAM-D. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year-6 each, 2nd Year thru 5th Year-12 each with deliveries to AMCOM Fleet Management Center (AFMC), Fort Bliss, TX, 79916-5801. PRON 2: D10H4047D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year IDIQ contract a minimum quantity of 10 each up to 60 each maximum of a CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY, NSN: 5998-01-551-2899, Part Number: 11481338 applicable to the M-D6 Patriot. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year-10 each, 2nd Year thru 5th Year-12 each with deliveries to AFMC, Fort Bliss, TX, 79916-5801. PRON 3: D10H4048D1. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year IDIQ contract a minimum quantity of 6 each up to 50 each maximum of a CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL-W766, NSN: 6150-01-421-5918, Part Number: 11474835 applicable to the M-D6 Patriot. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year-6 each, 2nd thru 5th Year-10 each with deliveries to AFMC, Fort Bliss, TX, 79916-5801. First Article Testing is not required. These items are restricted to RAYTHEON, CAGE CODE: 05716. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
