- This pre-solicitation notice is for the manufacturing of an engine stand to be delivered to Ft. Dix, NJ. The award will be a fixed price contract with a delivery date of 90 days after award of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 423830, size standard of 100. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 Aug 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
