- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC has arequirement for the following: SPAWAR has a requirement for Red Hat Software Part number RH0184831RN (renewal Red Hat enterprise Linux server, standard) Qty of 35 and RH0184831 (Red Hat enterprise Linux Server, Standard) Qty 107 Items must be Brand Name or Equal. The Red Hat product listed above will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible band name source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price Contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 443120 Computer and Software Store The part will be delivered FOB Destination to: 1008 Trident Street, Hanahan, SC 29418. This action is conducted under Far Part 12 and Far Part 13. The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the equivalent product cited above and will award a Contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
