- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Acquisitions Division, Denver, CO, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm fixed-price contract to Interise, Inc. to deliver the "Streetwise Steps to Small Business Growth" curriculum to the following 25 communities: Atlanta, GA; Albuquerque, NM; Baltimore, MD; Boston, MA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Farmington, NM; Fresno, CA; Helena, MT; Honolulu, HI; Jacksonville, FL; Memphis, TN; Milwaukee WI; Minneapolis, MN; New Orleans, LA; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR; Santa Ana, CA; Seattle, WA; St. Louis, MO; Syracuse, NY; Tulsa, OK; and Youngstown, OH. Interise is uniquely qualified to provide these services to the SBA because Interise holds the registered copyright and trademark for the "Streetwise Steps to Small Business Growth" curriculum that has been determined to be the curriculum used to support the SBA's Emerging Leaders (e200) Initiative designed to support small businesses, particularly in underserved areas, that have achieved local success and are ready for the next level of growth. Additionally, Interise provides the SBA with longitudinal evaluations (trend analysis reports) comparing past training data with current training data to assist the SBA in meeting their reporting requirements to determine whether ongoing programs are meeting client needs, delivering quality programs and creating an economic impact. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. This notice is for informational purposes only. However, the Government will consider all responses received no later than 1:00 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time, August 23, 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
