Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. R11PS43036 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 326211 with an associated small business size standard of 1000 employees. CLIN 0001: Grader off Highway Tires-17.5R25 XTLA G2, L2. 10 each @ $ each, extended price $.CLIN 0002: Scraper off Highway Tires - 29.5R25 XHA2 L3/E3. 4 each @ $ each, extended price $. Total Offer for CLINs 0001 and 0002 $ inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. Both items FOB to Bureau of Reclamation Socorro Field Office 2401 State Road 1, Socorro, NM 87801. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. By the provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, technical capability of equipment and labor to meet the described government need, and price will be evaluated equally. The following addendum to 52.212-2 applies: WBR 1452.225-82 Notice of World Trade Organizations Government Procurement Agreement Evaluations; WBR 1452.211-80 Notice of Intent to Acquire Metric Products and Services.
