Description: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. Solicitation number M6700111Q0237 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-53 Correction 05 July 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 339932 and 423490. This requirement is being procured utilizing FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5. The RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective 04 August 2011 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20110725. The proposed acquisition is being solicited for Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 339932 and 423490. Quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR will make a quoter ineligible for award or for any future awards. Information on registering in CCR may be obtained by calling (888)227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. Procurement Approach: This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for the acquisition and installation of various items for a child day care center at Camp Lejeune, NC. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13.5 śTest Program for Certain Commercial Items. ť The Contractor ™s quoted product description shall reflect the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government ™s need. A single firm-fixed price contract will be issued and it is the Government ™s intent to award on an śall-or-none ť basis to satisfy this requirement.
