- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Denver Federal Center, 6th Ave and Kipling St, Denver, CO 80225, intends to sole source to Amirix Systems Inc, DBA Vemco, 211 Horseshoe Lake Dr, Halifax, NS B3S 0B9, Canada, to provide acoustic telemetry equipment. Amirix Systems Inc, DBA Vemco, shall provide:(a) twenty-five (25) each Coded Acoustic Receiver (69KHz)with Bluetooth Code Map-112, Lithium Metal Tadiran 5930/F Battery included; (b) one (1) each 8 channel DSP Manual Tracking Acoustic Receiver Includes VH165 Omni-directional hydrophone with 5 meter cable; (c) one (1) each Directional Hydrophone with 10 meter cable; (d) thirty-one (31) each Range Testing Tag includes external attachment cap;(e) one (1) each PC Bluetooth Interface and VUE PC Software Includes one Bluetooth USB adapter and two VR2W activation probes, VUE PC Software requires Windows XP with SP2; (f) one (1) each USB Bluetooth Adapter Commodity Code; (g) one (1) each Dangerous Goods Handling Fee for Lithium Metal Batteries; and (h) one (1) each frieght. This proposed contract action is for the items mentioned above, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be submitted no later than Monday, August 29, 2011, to the sstuart@usbr.gov.
