Description

The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide Sheppard AFB with information concerning your previous performance. Use the attached document to submit your organization's bid. This document describes all the tasks necessary to fulfill our mission requirements. Please thoroughly review the document and provide your most accurate quote. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ #F3V3VP1144A001_Aerobics Instructor_Florance This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code # 611620 and Small Business Size Standard $7.0 M, applies to this procurement.
