- Delineated Area Map GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Jacksonville Delineated Area: North: Port Jacksonville Parkway to New Berlin Road to Heckscher Drive South: Atlantic Boulevard / Arlington Expressway East: Intracoastal Waterway West: Alta Drive (including Dunn Creek)/St. Johns River (Map Attached) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 53,654 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 53,654 Space Type: Contiguous office and related/support space Parking Spaces (Total): 207 secured onsite parking spaces; an additional (88) parking spaces must also be provided or available within two blocks Parking Spaces (Surface): 207 Parking Spaces (Structured): Not required (with exception of sally port) Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: Optional; not required Additional Requirements: Sally port; Perimeter security fencing; 50 ft. setback; Additional requirements will apply as determined by the Government to be included in Request For Lease Proposals (RLP) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The Government will not consider space in the 100 year flood plain unless there is no practicable alternative. An optional pre-solicitation conference will be held for interested parties immediately prior to the market survey. The actual dates of the conference and the market survey are to be determined.
