- Solicitation Documents Specifications NAICS - 236220. General Services Administration (GSA) is re-soliciting competitive proposals for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Construction & Repair/Alterations with Design/Build capabilities. Additional contractors are needed for Zone VIII - Louisiana. Zone VIII - Louisiana will be SET ASIDE for HUBZone. Awards will be made within the primary area. The secondary contract area is the contiguous United States. Contractors interested in this solicitation shall have a bona fide place of business within the zone ViiI (LOUISIANA) as of the date proposals WILL BE due, on SEPTEMBER 6, 2011. The IDIQ contracts shall be for one basic year with a government option to extend the term of the contract one year. The successful firms will be required to support all locations within zone viiI (LOUISIANA). Pre-proposal video-teleconferences will be held in Fort Worth and New Orleans, LA and is scheduled for August 24, 2011. Any documents related to this procurement will be available via the Internet only. No hard copies will be available. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copy of all documents. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any information or documents in the special notices or amendments, if any. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
