- Info Tech Research Group J & A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to purchase an annual subscription from Info-Tech Research of London Ontario, Canada for their Premium Written Research (2-25 licenses). The service includes Stragegy and Leadership Research (3 licenses), Unlimited Analysts Phone Access (3 licenses), Vendor Contract Review/Negotiation, and Predicting the Future (3 licenses). This is brand specific requirement as stated above. 'Or Equal' submissions will not be considered acceptable for this requirement. The period of performance will be one year from date of award. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to close of business 25 Aug 2011. No telephone calls will be accepted.
