Description

RFQ Solicitation N00421-11-T-0400 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis withBruker Optics, under the authority of FAR PART 6.302-1 and under the authority of FAR PART 12 AND FAR PART 13. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. See Attached RFQ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all proposals received by August 26, 2011 may be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses is solely within the discretion of the government.
