Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/synopsis number is N00259-11-T-0471 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-50. It is the contractor ™s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Both may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov. This is an unrestricted action. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339113. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote for a brand name or equal, HOFFMANN II MRI EXTERNAL FIXATION SYSTEM; HOFFMANN II COMPACT MRI EXTERNAL FIXATION SYSTEM; and HOFFMANN II MRI MICRO EXTERNAL FIXATION SYSTEM.
