Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (SERVICE and TRAINING) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference numbers HQ002812166628 through HQ002812166636 are being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". This RFQ is advertise as a Sole Source. Service and Training is for The Global Digital Asset Management System (GDAMS), exclusively sold by Global Technologies Group Inc. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective 5 July 2011 DFARS change Notice 20110629. (1) FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items) (JUN 2008): 20090913, dated 21 Jul (a) Re para (a): NAICS 611420 this requirement is SET-ASIDE for SMALL BUSINESS, Size Standard 7.0 million. (b) Note that para (k) requires quoter to be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at time of contract award and throughout the performance period.
