- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Mahr Federal, Inc., 114 Eddy Street, Providence, RI 02905. This acquisition is for (1) each refurbished gage block comparator. Delivery shall be no later than (120) days after date of order with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 applies to this order.
