- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (Transmitter, Toroid Kit, Rack, Module, Spares Kit, Control Unit, Control Cable, Dummy Card, RF Switch, Remote Control System, and Processor) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation/synopsis reference numbers HQ002812176604 through HQ002812176614 are being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror".
