Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. One contract is being considered regarding a requirement for delivery, installation, and training of a stationary nitrogen generator. Please review the following descriptions and evaluate if your company is willing and capable to provide a quotation. Please note this is not a request for quotations at this time. The contractor shall perform work all work associated with, but not limited to the following: 1. SNG II-20140,(NSN: 3655-01-505-7610) or equal, stationary nitrogen generator, manufactuer is CVI, 460 VAC @ 3 Phase/60 Hz, 8.0 SCFM, 5,000 PSI @ 99.5% Purity with continuous output, On-Line Oxygen Analyzer, Emergency Stop Button, Status Light & Sound Enclosure, gas quality -70 degrees Celsius atmospheric dew point, operating environment 32 to 114 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Estimated Shipping Costs. 3. Installation & Initial Startup IAW manufacturer recommendations, Bldg 609, Tire Shop. Installation requirements, setup gen. on pre-existing concert slab, 460 VAC power hook up, connection to pre-existing 5000 psi piping in bldg 609. Initial servicing and starting of gen. Work to be completed in 1 day. Clean-up and disposal of trash created by installation. 4. Training, after installation of nitrogen generator is accomplished, on-site at Bldg 609, Tire Shop: 2 day, instructor lead hands-on training class, for 12 (max) trainees with a slideshow on operation, safety, and maintenance procedures. The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work, plant, supervision, management, quality control, labor, tools, equipment, appliances and material and performance in strict accordance with the specifications and subject terms and conditions of any resultant contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333912 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. Qualified Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and/or HUBZone certified business concerns should submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to SrA Bryce Edward Pagel at bryce.pagel@us.af.mil. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement as a set aside. Sources shall include in their information, a detailed capabilities statement stating their experience within the past three years of same or similar work described in this notice, a point of contact with phone and e-mail information, business status (Socio-Economic Factors: Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and/or HUBZone certified business), business size based on NAICS 333912, and a positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. Should a solicitation be issued and an award made, the successful offeror must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.gov/.
