- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1562 will issue on September 09, 2011 with a closing date of October 11, 2011. NSN is 5995-01-559-5190, Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition, NSN is Non-Commercial and not a Critical Safety Item. Approved sources of supply are: Harris Corporation, Cage 14304, Part Number: 12041-7130-A2 and Elbit Systems Ltd, Cage S0123, Part Number: 0089502N. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available to the NSN. Unapproved sources must submit a technical data package. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy. Stock locations, CLIN 0001 to DODAAC: W62G2T, DLA Distribution in CA. for quantity of 439 each and CLIN 0002 to DODAAC: W25G1U, DLA Distribution in PA for a quantity of 701 each. Total Quantity is 1140 each. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. The Government seeks acceptance within 120 days of the closing date Accelerated delivery/partial shipment is authorized at no cost to the Government. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
