These services will be comprehensive in the function areas required by FLETC. The research will be validated in government environments and the provider's analysts will be available to consult with FLETC on a broad range of technical, economic, and industry trends and best practices, and policy development topics. The provider will provide access to the following services: ▪ Access to targeted and comprehensive program web site information, printed publications, and decision support tools ▪ Access to objective, well researched, independent consulting services ▪ Access to industry-wide research methodologies to enable technology maturity ▪ Access to assigned Senior Analyst(s) who proactively supports and advises FLETC senior management on achieving its key IT strategic goals and objectives ▪ Access to other government and private sector organizational management technology solutions, regulatory and congressional responses, policy development, and enterprise solution The provider will review, analyze, and provide consultation services for an unlimited number of FLETC IT documents each up to twenty pages in length. The provider will provide primary and specialized research, tools, templates, blogs, and podcasts, and an interactive practitioner community in a web-based environment which supports the rapid collection and sharing of information for the following roles: ▪ Applications ▪ Business Intelligence & Information Management ▪ Business Process Improvement ▪ Enterprise Architecture ▪ IT Infrastructure & Operations ▪ Program & Portfolio Management ▪ Security & Risk Management ▪ Sourcing & Vendor Relationships CLIN 0001 is IT LEADER Advisor for one seat Delivery is 09/01/2011 to 08/31/2011.
