- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award to Honeywell International, Inc., AZ a sole-source delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement SPRPA1-09-G-002X for a set of Manufacturing Tooling for P/N 2311119-1/2311119-2. The estimated delivery will be 1 July 2012. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Honeywell is the sole developer, designer, manufacturer of the V-22 Infra-Red Side Panel. As such, Honeywell is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite expertise to perform the contemplated effort with the required schedule.
