- This is a reposting of DOI National Business Center Solicitation Number CC-GATE021-12 Site Visit, which did not post to FedBizOpps due to technical difficulties. The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a new Prospectus within the next 30 days soliciting for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate Beach Club Services at Breezy Point, Rockaway, Queens, New York (Silver Gull Beach Club) within Gateway National Recreation Area. In preparation for the solicitation and due to the seasonality of the operation, the NPS is holding a one-day presolicitation site visit on Thursday, September 1, 2011, to allow all interested parties to tour the Concession Facilities and see the operations while fully open for the season. If you are interested in attending the presolicitation site visit on September 1, you must RSVP to Kathleen Karhnak-Glasby via email at NPS_NER_GATE_Concessions@nps.gov by 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. You will be provided additional information regarding the time and location to meet for the site visit. Please include in your email the number of people and names of those who will be attending.
