Attachment H - AutoBid Vendor Instructions Revised - Attachment A-2 Revised - Attachment A-1 Amendment #1 SF-30 Amendment #1 dated 08/26/2011 Amendment #1 updates Solicitation QMAA-FK-110007-N and answers vendor questions received as of 08/22/2011. NOTE 1 - Amendment #1 changed the due date for solicitation questions from 08/26/2011 to 09/01/2011. NOTE 2 - Prospective offerors are required to obtain a user name and password for GSA's secure on-line proposal application (AutoBid). A user name and password is obtained by submitting the solicitation number, company's name, valid DUNs number, address, business size, user's name, telephone number, fax, email and proposed make and models for each line item to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. Registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is needed. Please advise that all requests for AutoBid passwords must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDST on Friday, September 23, 2011. AutoBid will NOT open for prospective offerors until the solicitation is issured. For additional information, please see the AutoBid Vendor Instructions included as Attachment H to Amendment #1.
