- FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY11 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2011. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 624221, size standard $7.0M employees. (a). This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide the following items: (1) 307 Base X Shelter The Model 307 provides an interior clear span of 18' wide by 35' long with 8 entry and egress points. This shelter will house between 14-18 personnel. It is also ideal for brigade and regiment-size command and control, medical, communication, and logistics operations. Includes: Outer cover, frame, and carry bag. Carry bag and liner w/pre-installed floor, electrical wiring, and HVAC plenum. Package 1, package 2, and accessories (repair kit, stake kit, and wind lines, and mallet). Easy filed maintenance and energy efficient. Electrical outlet every 5', Hang points every 5' bear 100 pound weight load each. Houses 14 to 18 personnel, Super strength and durability.
