- Sole Source Justification Material List Reference #: F1AF1B1117GC01 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Hardware Section (DITCO/PL8322), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to DTech Labs, Inc., 22876 Shaw Road, Sterling, VA 20166, via combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the purchase of Mobile Executive Travel Systems for Secretary of Defense Communications in Washington D.C. The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Oral communications are not acceptable. A written solicitation is not available. All responses must be received no later than 9:00AM CST, 6 Sept 2011 to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
