- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is F6Z1SP1235A001 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 335999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Governments requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform concurrency upgrade of 5 Lane EST 2000, 5 Screen WST, and HMMWV for one (1) year at the ANG CRTC- Gulfport, MS in accordance with the Statement of Work. The government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Cubic Simulation Systems, Inc. due to the proprietary nature of the software and hardware. Evaluation of proposal will be lowest price technically acceptable. The period of performance is from 1 Oct 2011 to 30 Sep 2012.
