- THIS PROJECT IS AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. REPLACE WATER CONTROL STRUCTURES WORK INCLUDEDThis project is has a total of nine components (A thru I). Bids should be submitted for each project component separately. Project Components A thru C will be awarded. Project Components D thru I will be awarded based on the availability of funding. LOCATION OF SITEThe site of the work is at the Alamosa National Wildlife Refuge, Alamosa, Colorado GENERAL INFORMATION The estimated magnitude of construction is $30,000.00 to $100,000.00. The total performance period is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is offered as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, and the size standard is $33.5 Million.
