- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution Milan, Michigan, intends to issue a solicitation for RFQP04171000037 Radiologist Consult Services. The solicitation is a 100% set-aside FOB Destination. The NAICS code is 621512. Delivery dates will begin October 01, 2011 and ends September 30, 2012. Place of performance will be at the Federal Correctional Institution, 4004 E. Arkona Rd, P.O. Box 9999, Milan, MI 48160. The contract type is a firm fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative costs. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about September 01, 2011 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The deadline for receipt of quotes is September 12, 2010, 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Quotes received after closing date will not be considered. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). All potential offerors are required to complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA), which should be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov.
