- This proposed contract will be to procure seventy-five (75) GENERAL TUNNEL INSULATION KITS for Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, PA. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with performance beginning in 2011. The Solicitation documents will define the technical requirements, and include schematic drawings based on the Performance Work Statement (PWS): The Contractor will be responsible for the transportation and delivery of seventy-five (75) GENERAL TUNNEL INSULATION KITS to Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) located approximately four miles from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201. The NAICS code is 336399 and the FSC code is 2590. All respondents shall be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System, have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The size standard is 750 Employees. Further information may be obtained at the website www.bpn.gov/ccr. A solicitation will be issued on or about September 6, 2011. The estimated closing date will be on or about September 20, 2011. No telephone calls will be accepted.
