Description

The contractor shall procure Cesium Beam Tubes for the Internal Frequency Standard (IFS). The contractor shall conduct a functional test on each tube, shall dispose of exhausted tubes, and shall inspect, and stock all procured tubes. Negotiations will be conducted with GDAIS Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the TRIDENT II D5 Strategic Weapon System (SWS) Fire Control System, the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
