- PR NO: 28280666- NSN: 6150-01-458-6873 - CABLE PERISCOPE/30A M60 TANK - MILLER-HOLZWARTH (02077) P/N 12472130 This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Required quantity is 170 each plus possible 100% quantity option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. Delivery requirement is 215 days. FOB DESTINATION with Inspection/Acceptance at DESTINATION. Item is a DLA Direct (stock) buy. ABVS/PPIRS applies. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLAA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation.
