Description

Construction Scope of Work 1. General The intent of this scope of work is to modify specific classrooms and spaces to meet the requirements of the Construction Trades, Health Occupation Trade (HOT) and Extended Day/Life Skills for the Center For Excellence at the Pinellas County Job Corps Center. The work includes adding duplex and quadplex electrical outlets, computer drops and connections, cabinetry mill work installation complete with plumbing connections and other miscellaneous repairs to ares specified in the Scope of Work. Please Note: PCJCC walk through September 29, 2011 @ 8:30am, start time 9:00am please sign in at the Security office (next to the flagpole). Terry Rowan/Facility Manager will answer all question regarding this project. All bids are due on or before October 19, 2011 @ 4:00pm.
