Description
The Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is soliciting Sources Sought request for planning proposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids or a Request for Proposals. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this Sources Sought. The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) is seeking interested Small Business Sources capable of providing UH-60L to UH-60M flight/technical training in support of the Narcotics Affairs Section, Mexico City. The Narcotics Affairs Section, Mexico City has a critical requirement for training to be performed in Mexico City, Mexico utilizing the Secretaria de Seguiridad Publica (SSP) UH-60M aircraft and facilities. The contractor's instructors shall utilize SSP training classrooms, approved UH-60L to UH-60M differences training Program of Instruction (POIs) (Spanish version), and SSP aircraft maintenance/avionics specialty shop faculties for this work. The classes are UH-60L to UH-60M Differences Training Pilot Course, UH-60L to UH-60M Differences Training Instructor Pilot Course, UH-60L to UH-60M Differences Training Maintenance Test Pilot Course, and UH-60L to UH-60M Differences Training Avionics/Electrician/AFCS Technician Course. Small Business Vendors who believe that they possess the expertise and experience to fulfill all of these requirements are invited to submit technical and management capabilities, and experience addressing the above areas in writing. Please send responses via e-mail to SchoellkopfBJ@state.gov by the date and time specified. Please limit responses to no more than ten (10) pages (size: 8.5" x 11", with 1" margins), using Times New Roman 12 pt font or equivalent. Also, include information such as: Company name, address, email, telephone number, points of contact, size of business pursuant to the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). To the maximum extent possible, please submit Non-Proprietary Information. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be returned nor will receipt be confirmed. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this Sources Sought are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
