- NOTICE: All technical questions concerning the listed item should be directed to Mr. Chris Guenther at 302-285-4483, email Chris.Guenther@netl.doe.gov. The U.S. Department of Energy?s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to ANSYS INC., Canonsburg, PA to purchase the ANSYS/FLUENT and Gambit meshing computational fluid dynamics modeling software with the added feature of ANSYS DesignModeler and ANSYS CFD PrepPost. This request is considered to be sole source to ANSYS INC., Canonsburg, PA.. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Offerors shall provide sufficient technical literature, documents, etc., in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAIC) is 511210.
